I feel so blessed to have been given the opportunity to present my story and my personal and professional messages about grief, loss and infertility at Mind, Body, Spirit Festivals around Australia.
My debut MBSF was on Thursday 20th May, 2021 at Darling Harbour in Sydney. It was my second official public speaking opportunity to promote my new book, after first presenting my book at the Animal Dreaming Writer Empowerment Conference on the Gold Coast on the 14th of May.
Since this initial festival I presented again at the MBSF in Darling Harbour in May 2022 and in Melbourne in June 2022. I am so grateful to be able to share my passion for supporting others through grief and loss caused by infertility and pregnancy loss.

Public Speaking tips and tricks.
Public speaking can be very scary! Just remember, when it is your story you can’t get it wrong. Remember to take long, deep breaths to calm your nervous system.
A certain amount of anxiety is normal, don’t let it stop you. If you need additional skills take a Toast Masters course or practice, practice, practice.

I remember going to MBSF’s from a young age and loving the energy there. Fast forward to my 40’s and you can imagine how excited I was that I would actually be one of the presenters there.
As a holistic therapist, who not only works as a professional counsellor, but also as a natural therapist, I understand the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Even more the mission of my private practice is to support the community with their psychological, physical and spiritual health and wellbeing.
